Starting at 11:00 AM (Eastern Time), The CRHS will hold its 2nd quarter 2022 membership meeting at the new Port Jervis Transportation History Center (PJTHC) in Port Jervis, New York!

The PJTHC is the home of The CRHS’s RoadRailer trailer and Fairmont M9G speeder, both of which will be on display for the event. This marks the first time since the RoadRailer’s donation in 2011 that CRHS members will be able to see the trailer in person.

The PJTHC’s collection includes the original Conrail Safety-On-Rails-Theater (SORT) boxcar, which will be specially programmed for the day with a slideshow of photographs of Conrail operations in Port Jervis. There is also some other Conrail equipment at the PJTHC, including a Conrail (ex-RDG) BR62A auto parts boxcar that will be staged for photographs.

Admission and lunch are covered for all CRHS members that attend. We will have real New York pizza and some other fun things to keep us busy, with some possible equipment demonstrations around the turntable/yard. Join us for a great day of fun!
